Hi everyone, my name is Victoria and I will be the Jewski intern for York this year. I’m a 3rd-year Kinesiology student, I grew up as a dancer and I am an overall social butterfly! I am extremely excited to get to know everyone this year and try to bring some normalcy back to everyone’s lives through our events! Hey! My name is Sara and I’m super excited to be this year’s UofT Jewski Intern! I am currently double majoring in Physiology & Human Biology and minoring in Math, entering my third year. I’ve moved around quite a bit when I was growing up – not just down the street, full immigrations – so constantly seeking to be part of the Russian Jewish community has always been near and dear to my heart. I look forward to creating a fun and welcoming space for all of you! I’m absolutely awesome at Soviet Trivia, whether that’s movies, cartoons, music, or literature, and am an avid fan of borscht (PS: the Ukrainian one is the best). Super excited to meet all of you! Hello everyone! My name is Nick and I am a second-year student at Ryerson University, majoring at Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Just like many Jewski’s – I was born and grew up in Israel and moved to Canada in 2011. I speak Russian, Hebrew, and English, and I love meeting new people and making new friends! I know that with everything going on with the world right now, that things might seem a little out-of-control, but trust me – this year will nothing short of amazing! Fun fact: I can do a killer Verka Serdutchka impression!
Hi everyone! My name is Nicole, and I am a 4th-year student in the Accounting and Finance program at Ryerson. For the year 2020-2021, I will be your Jewski Intern on Ryerson’s campus, which I am super excited about! I am looking forward to meeting and hanging out with all the Jewski’s on our campus during events and in our free time. Some of my favourite activities are travelling (which is a little hard right now), reading and binge-watching shows. I am looking forward to sharing my favourite multiki, sharing my favourite recipe for the napolyeon tort and meeting all of you!
