J.LEAD

J.LEAD 2.0 is a leadership program for Russian-speaking Jewish College and University students offering opportunities to develop their management and professional skills.
Leadership must grow from within the community, and reflect its values and experience. The program aims to develop civic leadership within the community and to empower the visionaries and the young entrepreneurs who are involved in the community.

J.LEAD 2.0 offers intensive training in leadership development, informal education and facilitation skills, team building, career mentoring and more. J. LEAD 2.0 program provides the participants with tools they could use in their studies, professional development and in building their community.

J.LEAD 2.0 will take place over two Shabbatons on February 16-17 and March 23-24 in downtown Toronto.  As part of the program a ski trip is planned during the reading week break.

The topics that will be covered are as follows: “Getting to know myself better”, Leadership Style, Conflict Resolution, Israel Advocacy, Public Speaking, Creative Thinking, and more

All of the sessions are mandatory.

All applicants will be called for an interview and asked to bring a copy of their resume.
