Well-being is a topic that has been explored, considered, and pursued through Jewish texts and traditions for millennia. In this JLF series, facilitated by Rabbi Aaron Levy, Founder and Director of Makom: Creative Downtown Judaism, we will explore Jewish ideas and approaches to wellness and holistic well-being within contemporary life. Students will be supported to implement intentional well-being practices, evolving their own self-understanding and Jewish wellness practices.
The cohort is available for up to 14 participants and is open to both new and JLF alumni students. JLF students will participate in 8 weekly learning sessions and a Shabbat gathering with their peers.
New Learners will receive a $250.00 stipend upon completion.
