Health and Wellness is the student mental health service provider. They offer appointments to address a variety of mental health concerns and are covered by UofT’s medical insurance.
Mindful Moments is a mindfulness meditation program provided by the University of Toronto, offering mindfulness meditation sessions throughout the week at various locations on campus.
Sexual Violence Prevention & Support Centre
For all UofT services, programs and resources related to sexual violence, sexual assault and sexual harassment, you can contact the UofT Sexual Violence Prevention & Support Centre at 416-978-2266.
Good2Talk is a mental health helpline specifically for post-secondary students age 17-25.
The Centre for Addiction
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) can be reached at 416-535-8501 ext. 6885 in an emergency and has both outpatient and inpatient capabilities. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or suicidal ideation, CAMH is an emergency provider near campus.
JACS Toronto is Jewish Addiction and Counseling Services and has individual and group counseling, with a specific focus on addiction.
