vp of philanthropy, hillel ontario
The VP, Philanthropy will lead Hillel Ontario’s financial resource development strategies, working in partnership with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. You will supervise the Development team, to successfully reach the organization’s financial targets, and work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including Hillel Ontario’s Board of Directors and Board of Governors. You will manage a portfolio of your own donors and be accountable for determining and achieving the annual fundraising targets, as directed by the Board of Directors and CEO. You will drive a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization and discover and develop new relationships to enhance Hillel Ontario’s visibility and resources in the community.
springboard innovation specialist
The Springboard Fellowship is a paid, two-year fellowship that brings recent college grads with raw talent, passion, and skills to college campuses across North America to reimagine and redesign Jewish student life. Trained in the renowned Design Thinking methodology, you will be charged with sparking ideas for transforming areas of Jewish student life into ones that are better suited for today’s students. At the same time, you will help to infuse creative innovation into all aspects of Hillel’s work.
advocacy coordinator, western hillel
The Advocacy Coordinator is an integral part of the local campus team at Western Hillel, whose primary focus is on the advocacy initiatives of Hillel’s student leaders. The Advocacy Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Hillel Ontario’s advocacy strategy on the Western campus, and will play an integral role in managing, both proactively and reactively, advocacy-related issues on campus. The Advocacy Coordinator will cultivate relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish student leadership in pursuit of Hillel’s advocacy objectives.
