Gifts of securities will be liquidated as soon as practicable after receipt, consistent with the prevailing market conditions and, if appropriate, after consultation with the Board of Directors. For publicly traded securities, the value of the gift is the fair market value which will be determined by the closing market price on the day that the publicly traded securities are received. Gifts of illiquid securities will not be accepted.
