Wellness & Mental Health

Recent years have demonstrated a growing mental health crisis amongst university-aged students. Hillels around the world have begun increasing capacity to address the mental health and wellness needs of the Jewish students we serve. Hillel Ontario has an in-house clinical therapist who offers both programming and counselling for students in need.

From managing stress, anxiety or loneliness to dealing with challenging relationships or learning exceptionalities,
Hillel Ontario's in-house therapist is just a click away.

Online, on our confidential counselling platform, or in person at the Hillel Ontario office.
