Education Manager (Mat Leave)

Toronto Holocaust Museum

In its first year, the Toronto Holocaust Museum—the premier destination for Holocaust education in the region—welcomed 14,000 students through its doors. With the goal of offering educational experiences to a wide range of groups from across the GTA, the Education Manager is integral to building relationships with stakeholders and community groups. This role is key to ensuring a meaningful and engaging visit to the Museum for a range of groups.

The Education Manager will be the team lead for all school and community groups and is responsible for the ongoing development of resources for teachers to meet their goals for Holocaust education. This position will work collaboratively with school group bookings and assist with problem-solving any challenges that arise. The Education Manager will build and maintain networks of educators and community groups through active outreach and programming collaboration. They will be responsible for communicating upcoming programming and highlights through the appropriate communication channels.
